Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Unused Keys: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the key has not been activated or revealed.
Invalid/Defective Keys: Eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We review every report within 48 hours and, once the fault is confirmed, issue a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Refundable:
Keys that have been activated or revealed (per developer/licensor policies).
Orders older than 7 days, except for invalid keys covered under our Guarantee.

Provide the following:
Your order number
Proof of issue (e.g., a screenshot of the activation error)
We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on next steps.
Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved it is processed to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
PayPal: 1–3 business days
Cryptocurrency: Case-by-case; equivalent value refunded
Refunds are always issued to the original payment source. We cannot reroute a refund to a different card or account for fraud-prevention reasons.
Exceptions
Fraudulent Claims: Refunds will be denied and accounts may be suspended if abuse is detected (e.g., false "invalid key" claims, chargeback patterns inconsistent with our activation logs).
Bulk Orders (10+ keys): Refunds require prior approval from SysSell. Please contact us before placing large-volume orders.
Our Guarantee
All keys sold by SysSell are 100% genuine at the time of purchase. If a key is invalid due to our error, we will — after verification within 48 hours:
Replace it with a working key at no charge, or
Refund you in full to your original payment method
Legitimate issues are always resolved in the customer's favor.
