How do I find my license key after purchase?expand_more
Once your order is fulfilled, your key is sent to your email. You'll also find every key in your account dashboard under Order History → Keys, where you can copy it, re-reveal it, or view the original order. Registered accounts keep a permanent copy — so you never lose access even if the email is deleted. For guest orders, your key is in the confirmation email; you can also claim the order to a new account at any time using the same email address.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?expand_more
It depends on the product. Single-device licenses are bound to one installation (e.g. one PC, one phone). Multi-device licenses explicitly state the supported limit — 3 devices, 5 devices, etc. — on the product page before you buy. Always check the license scope under the product's specifications tab.
Do license keys expire?expand_more
Perpetual and lifetime licenses never expire — once activated, they are yours. Subscription products (monthly, yearly) expire at the end of their term and can be renewed. The expiry type is clearly labeled on every product page.
Are keys region-locked?expand_more
Some publishers issue region-specific keys (e.g. EU only, North America only). Region restrictions are always listed on the product page under Compatibility. If you buy outside the correct region by mistake, contact support within 7 days — if the key has not been activated, we will exchange it or refund it in full.
My key isn't working — what should I do?expand_more
First, re-check the code for copy-paste errors (especially O vs 0, I vs 1) and confirm you are activating the correct software edition and version. If the key still fails, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We review every report within 48 hours and, once the fault is confirmed, issue a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
