Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Method
All purchases are delivered digitally via:
Email: To your registered email address
Account Dashboard: If you created a SysSell account
WhatsApp: If selected at checkout
There is no physical shipping — all products are digital keys.
Delivery Types
We offer two fulfillment modes, clearly labeled on each product page:
Instant Delivery: The key is already in our inventory and is dispatched automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. The vast majority of our products use instant delivery.
Manual Delivery: Certain products (such as specific OEM licenses, bulk-sourced keys, or newly launched titles) are sourced or processed by our team after your order is placed. These are fulfilled within 1–24 hours during business hours and are always labeled as "Manual Delivery" on the product page before you purchase.
Delivery Timeframe
Instant Delivery products: Most orders are fulfilled within a few minutes of payment. In the rare event of a system delay, delivery is still completed within 1–2 hours.
Manual Delivery products: Fulfilled by our team within 1–24 hours during business hours.
In all cases you will receive an email notification the moment your key is ready, and it will simultaneously appear in your account dashboard.
What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Key
Check your spam/junk folder.
Check your SysSell account dashboard under "My Orders".
Confirm whether the product is a Manual Delivery item — the estimated fulfillment time is shown on the product page.
If you still have not received your key within 24 hours (instant) or beyond the stated manual fulfillment window, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase:

Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee all keys will arrive as promised. If delivery fails due to our error, we will:
Resend your key without delay, or
Issue a full refund (100%) — processed to your original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy (3–5 business days for cards, 1–3 business days for PayPal).
Important Notes
Key Validity: Keys never expire before delivery. Please check the developer's activation deadline after receipt.
Region Locks: Some keys are region-specific. Verify the product description before purchasing. If you purchased the wrong region key and it has not been activated, contact support within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
Fraud Prevention: Orders may be delayed for security verification if flagged by our system. Verification checks are typically completed within a few hours, after which fulfillment proceeds immediately.
